Course Terms of Use

• A personal licence to watch the course from your own account only, with the email you bought it with. It is not exclusive and cannot be transferred.
• You may apply what you learn and use the attached files (such as skill files and commands) in your own work and projects, including content you publish under your own name.
• One account is for one person. You may not share your login or verification code with anyone.

Strictly prohibited, by any means and on any platform, free or paid:

• Copying the course or any part of it, downloading it, or recording the screen while it plays.
• Reposting the videos, clips, slides, text or attached files, or uploading them to any site, channel or group.
• Sharing the course, its links or your login with anyone else, or selling or renting it.
• Using the course content to produce a competing course or educational product, or presenting it as your own work.

Any breach of these terms is an infringement of copyright, and the person in breach bears full legal liability under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights. We reserve the right to claim compensation for damages and to take the necessary legal action.

On a breach we end access to the course immediately, without a refund, and request the removal of the published content from the platforms concerned.

The refund and cancellation policy published on this site applies. A course is digital content made available immediately after payment; the right to a refund lapses once it is accessed, except in the cases the law provides for, such as a technical fault that prevents access.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. The Arabic text prevails if they differ.
