دليل Claude بالعربي: ابدأ خطوة بخطوةClaude Guide for Arabic Speakers
A practical guide to starting with Claude from zero: where to use it, how to write a good first request, how to attach your files and how to organize repeated work in Projects so it becomes part of your day.
Who this guide is for
Anyone starting with Claude, including Arabic speakers, with no technical background
Key terms
- Claude
- An AI assistant made by Anthropic. You write to it in plain language and it reads, writes, analyzes and summarizes with you.
- Prompt
- The request you write to Claude. The clearer it is, the closer the answer is to what you want.
- Conversation
- A thread of messages between you and Claude. It remembers what was said inside it, but a new conversation starts from zero.
- Project
- A workspace in Claude with standing instructions and reference files that apply to every conversation you start inside it.
The steps
Step 1
Open Claude where it suits you
Go to claude.ai in your browser and create your account. Claude is also available as a desktop and mobile app, and the same account works everywhere.
Use the browser or the desktop app for long work, and your phone for quick questions.
Write in Arabic or English directly. Claude reads and answers in both.
Step 2
Write your first request with four parts
The most common mistake: a short, generic request like "write me a post". The answer comes back generic too.
A good request has four parts: who you want Claude to be, the context, the exact task and the shape of the answer.
Try the template below on a real task from your work today.
PromptFirst request templateYou are a [ROLE: for example content writer, accountant, marketing advisor]. Context: [WHO I AM, MY PROJECT AND MY AUDIENCE]. Task: [EXACTLY WHAT I WANT]. Format: [PARAGRAPH, BULLETS, TABLE], [LENGTH], in [LANGUAGE]. If any information is missing, ask me before you start.
Tip: State the language and style in the request, such as simple Modern Standard Arabic or a specific dialect, so Claude does not choose for you.
Step 3
Refine inside the same conversation
The first answer is a starting point, not the final result.
Instead of starting a new conversation, write your edit in the same one: shorter, clearer, less formal, add an example. Claude remembers what came before and builds on it.
The more specific your edit, the faster it improves.
PromptEdit requestGood answer. Now change it like this: [FIRST EDIT, for example cut it in half] [SECOND EDIT, for example use simpler language] Keep [WHAT YOU LIKED] exactly as it is.
Step 4
Attach your files instead of describing them
You can upload files such as PDFs, images and documents in the conversation, and Claude reads them directly.
Instead of explaining what a report or contract says, upload it and ask for what you need: a summary, key points, a comparison or questions.
Always ask it to point to the part it relied on, so you can check quickly.
PromptRead an attached fileI attached a [FILE TYPE: report, contract, deck]. Summarize it in [NUMBER] bullet points. Then extract [WHAT YOU NEED: key numbers, obligations, risks]. For each point, name the page or section it came from.
Step 5
Organize repeated work in a Project
If you repeat the same kind of work, such as writing content or answering customers, create a Project for it.
Inside the Project you write standing instructions once and upload reference files, such as your style guide or product details. Every conversation inside it starts with Claude already knowing all of that.
You stop explaining yourself from scratch every time.
PromptProject instructionsYou are my assistant for [TYPE OF WORK] on [PROJECT NAME]. My audience: [AUDIENCE]. My style: [for example direct, warm, no hype]. Always write in [LANGUAGE]. Use the files attached to this project as your first reference. If the information is not in the files, say so and do not guess.
Tip: Start with one Project for the task you repeat most, then expand.
Step 6
Check facts before you rely on them
Claude is strong, but it can get a fact, a number or a date wrong.
For anything important, such as numbers, rules or names, ask it to state its confidence and what needs checking, then verify the source yourself.
Use it to think, draft and organize. The final call is yours.
PromptReview requestReview your previous answer. List every fact, number or name that needs checking against an outside source. For each one, tell me how confident you are and why. Do not add new information.
Ready prompts to copy
I have an idea: [IDEA]. Turn it into an action plan of [NUMBER] steps. For each step: what I do, roughly how long it takes, and what I need to start. If the idea is unclear, ask me two questions before you write the plan.
Write a [EMAIL OR WHATSAPP] message to [RECIPIENT] about [TOPIC]. Goal: [WHAT I WANT FROM THE MESSAGE]. Tone: [FORMAL, FRIENDLY, BRIEF]. No more than [NUMBER] lines.
The takeaway
A clear request, edits in the same conversation and one Project per repeated task. Start today with one real task.
