ما هذا؟
أداة عملية تجعل Claude Code يكتب ويرسل تقرير الصباح تلقائيًا — قبل أن تفتح لاب توبك.
المكونات المطلوبة
- Claude Code (CLI)
- صلاحية قراءة Git + Google Calendar + أداة المهام (Todoist أو Linear)
- Cron job مضبوط على الساعة 7:00 صباحًا
الخطوة 1 — اقرأ المصادر
Claude Code ينفّذ هذا تلقائيًا:
git log --since="yesterday" --oneline
قراءة المهام المفتوحة من API
قراءة أول 3 اجتماعات من التقويم اليوم
الخطوة 2 — صياغة التقرير
Claude يملأ هذا الهيكل:
أنجزت أمس:
[يُدرج Claude الكوميتات بكلمات بشرية، لا كود]
خطة اليوم:
[أولى 3 مهام مفتوحة + أي اجتماع قادم]
عوائق:
[إذا وُجدت مهام متأخرة أكثر من يومين — يُنبّه تلقائيًا]
الخطوة 3 — الإرسال
Claude يرسل التقرير عبر:
Slack webhook → قناة الفريق
أو Gmail → نفسك + مديرك
أو Notion page → لوحة التتبع

Morning Stand-Up Automation Template

What is this?
A practical setup that lets Claude Code write and send your daily stand-up report automatically — before you open your laptop.
What you need
- Claude Code (CLI installed)
- Read access: Git repo + Google Calendar + task tool (Todoist or Linear)
- Cron job scheduled for 7:00 AM
Step 1 — Pull your sources
Claude Code runs these automatically:
git log --since="yesterday" --oneline
Fetch open tasks via API
Fetch first 3 calendar events for today
Step 2 — Draft the report
Claude fills this structure:
Completed yesterday:
[Claude converts commits into plain English — no jargon]
Plan for today:
[Top 3 open tasks + any upcoming meeting]
Blockers:
[If any task is overdue by 2+ days — Claude flags it automatically]
Step 3 — Send it
Claude delivers the report via:
Slack webhook → team channel
or Gmail → yourself + your manager
or Notion page → your tracking board
