A method adapted from Andrej Karpathy: one question goes to several independent advisors, they review each other, and a chairman writes the final verdict.

Advisor

A role Claude plays with one fixed angle, like finding flaws or finding upside. Each one answers without seeing the others.

Peer review

A pass where the answers are read anonymously to pick the strongest, the weakest and what everyone missed.

Skill file

A SKILL.md file saved in your skills folder. Claude uses it automatically when your words match its triggers.

   Know when to call the council

   Ask one AI a question and you get one answer. It might be great or average, and you cannot tell because you saw one angle only. The council fixes that.

   Use it when being wrong is expensive. Good council questions: should I launch a cheaper workshop or a full course, which of these three positioning angles is strongest, I am thinking of pivoting from X to Y, here is my landing page copy, what is weak.

   Skip it when there is one right answer, when you want something written, or when you want a summary. Those are not decisions.

   Tip: Simple yes or no questions do not need five advisors. Just ask.
