أتمتة مسار المبيعات مع كلود: دليل عملي لشركات الخليجAutomate Your Sales Pipeline with Claude: A GCC Business Playbook
Build a sales pipeline that runs itself: n8n receives the lead, Claude scores it and drafts a follow up email, and your CRM and Slack update automatically, from first contact to after the deal closes.
Who this guide is for
Founders and sales teams in the Gulf receiving leads from forms, websites and LinkedIn
Key terms
- Lead
- A potential customer who left their details or sent an inquiry and has not bought yet.
- n8n
- An open source automation platform that connects tools through visual nodes. You can host it on your own server.
- Webhook
- A URL that receives data the moment another tool sends it, such as a contact form, and starts the workflow instantly.
- Lead qualification
- Judging how serious and how good a fit a lead is, as a score from 1 to 10 and a class: Hot, Warm or Cold.
- Router node
- A workflow step that branches on a result. Hot leads go straight to sales, the rest go to later follow up.
The steps
Step 1
Understand the flow and install n8n on your server
The flow is simple. A lead source sends data to n8n, n8n calls Claude, Claude returns a structured decision or content, and n8n runs the next action: an email, a CRM update or a Slack alert.
We use n8n because it is open source and self hostable, so customer data can stay inside your region, which matters for compliance in the Gulf. If you prefer a fully visual tool, Make is a strong alternative.
The commands below install Docker and run n8n with its data kept across restarts. The first time you open n8n in the browser you create the owner account. To serve it over https you need a domain and a reverse proxy in front of it.
PromptServer commands# Update the system and install Docker sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade -y curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com -o get-docker.sh && sh get-docker.sh sudo usermod -aG docker $USER && newgrp docker # n8n folder and settings file mkdir -p ~/n8n-data && cd ~/n8n-data cat > .env << 'EOF' N8N_HOST=[your-domain.com] N8N_PORT=5678 N8N_PROTOCOL=https WEBHOOK_URL=https://[your-domain.com]/ EOF # Start n8n docker run -d --name n8n --restart unless-stopped \ --env-file .env \ -p 5678:5678 \ -v ~/.n8n:/home/node/.n8n \ n8nio/n8n:latest # Check it is running docker ps | grep n8n curl -s http://localhost:5678/healthz
Tip: Fastest path: run n8n locally with npx n8n first, build and test the workflow, then move it to the server.
