Description

   Create the skill folder

   A skill is a folder whose name matches the skill name, with SKILL.md inside. Put it in ~/.claude/skills if it is just for you. Put it in .claude/skills inside a repo if the whole team should get it through git.

   Claude reads every skill's name and description when a session starts, and loads the full instructions only when a task matches. That keeps many skills cheap to have installed.
