معظم الناس يستخدمون كلود بطريقة واحدة: يفتحون المحادثة ويكتبون سؤالاً. هذا صح، بس هذا نص القصة فقط. كلود يقدر يكون متصلاً بملفاتك الفعلية والتقويم والبريد، يعني بدل ما تنسخ وتلصق كل شيء، هو يقرأ من المصدر مباشرة. الفرق بين الاثنين مثل الفرق بين موظف تخبره بكل شيء شفهياً وموظف عنده وصول كامل للنظام.
🧩 إيش هو بالضبط
الفكرة الأساسية هي بروتوكول السياق أو ما يُعرف بـ MCP أي Model Context Protocol. هذي الوصلات تسمح لكلود بالتواصل مع تطبيقات خارجية بدل ما يكون محصوراً داخل نافذة المحادثة. تخيّل إنك تستأجر محاسباً متمكناً بس ما تعطيه وصولاً للأنظمة، فيظل يسألك عن كل رقم. الوصلات هذي تعطيه المفاتيح.
النتيجة إنك تقدر تقول لكلود "لخّص لي اجتماعات الأسبوع القادم" أو "شوف رسائل البريد اللي ما قرأتها من العملاء وجهّز ردود مقترحة" وهو يسوي ذلك فعلاً، مش يعطيك تعليمات عن كيف تسويه أنت.
⚙️ كيف يشتغل
كلود ما يتصل بأدواتك من تلقاء نفسه. يحتاج إذناً صريحاً منك لكل أداة. الطريقة الأبسط الحين هي من خلال واجهة Claude.ai الرسمية اللي أضافت خاصية الوصلات، أو من خلال تطبيق Claude Desktop اللي يدعم بروتوكول MCP بشكل كامل.
الآلية تشتغل هكذا:
1️⃣ تفتح إعدادات الوصلات في كلود وتختار الأداة اللي تبي تربطها
2️⃣ كلود يطلب منك تصريح الوصول عبر الأداة نفسها، مثلاً Google يفتح نافذة تسمح له بالقراءة
3️⃣ بعد التصريح، كلود يقدر يسحب البيانات من الأداة ويدمجها في إجاباته مباشرة
4️⃣ كل وصلة تشتغل ضمن صلاحيات محددة تنت اللي تحددها، وتقدر تلغيها وقت ما تبي
🔒 الفكرة المهمة: كلود ما يخزّن ملفاتك. يقرأ ويجاوب ثم يوقف. بياناتك تبقى في مكانها.

2️⃣ أنشئ مشروعاً جديداً أو افتح مشروع موجود، ثم اضغط "Add content" أو "Connect" في إعدادات المشروع
3️⃣ اختر Google Drive من الوصلات المتاحة واسمح لكلود بالوصول للملفات أو المجلدات اللي تختارها أنت تحديداً
🔧 Claude Desktop مع MCP Servers

كيف تبدأ:
1️⃣ حمّل التطبيق من claude.ai/download واثبّته على جهازك
2️⃣ افتح ملف الإعدادات claude_desktop_config.json وأضف إعداد الـ MCP server للأداة اللي تبيها. ابحث في GitHub عن "MCP servers" لتجد الخيارات الرسمية والمجتمعية
3️⃣ أعد تشغيل التطبيق وستجد الأداة متاحة مباشرة في المحادثة
🔧 Zapier مع Claude
Zapier يربط كلود مع مئات الأدوات بدون أي كود. تبني "وصفة" مثل: كل ما يصلني إيميل من عميل، أرسله لكلود يلخّصه ويرسله لي في Slack. مناسب جداً لأتمتة البريد والتقويم لمن لا يريد الإعداد التقني.
كيف تبدأ:
1️⃣ افتح zapier.com وأنشئ حساباً مجانياً
2️⃣ اضغط "Create Zap" واختر الـ Trigger مثلاً "New Email in Gmail"

Connect Claude To Your Whole Workspace
Three integrations that turn Claude from a chat window into a coworker who already knows your files, your schedule, and your inbox.
Most people use Claude the same way: open a tab, type a question, get an answer. That works, but it leaves the most useful part untouched. When Claude is connected to your actual tools, you stop copying and pasting content into the chat and start just asking for results. The difference is like having an assistant who reads your documents versus one you have to read everything aloud to first.
What it actually is
The technology behind this is called MCP, short for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that lets Claude reach outside the chat window and communicate directly with external applications. Think of it like giving a new employee actual system access instead of only letting them take verbal instructions. Without access, even the most capable employee hits a wall. With access, they get things done.
Claude.ai has added official integrations for Google Drive, and the Claude Desktop app supports a growing library of MCP servers that connect to Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, and more. None of this requires coding for the most common setups.
How it works
Claude does not connect to your tools automatically. Every integration requires your explicit permission, and you control exactly what it can and cannot access. When you authorize a connection, Claude can pull real data from that source and weave it directly into its responses.
Here is what happens under the hood:
1️⃣ You open the integrations settings in Claude and select a tool like Google Drive or Gmail
2️⃣ Claude prompts you to authorize access through the tool itself, for example a standard Google permissions screen
3️⃣ After authorization, Claude can read data from that source in real time during your conversations
4️⃣ The connection stays within the permissions you set and you can revoke it at any time from your Google account settings
🔒 Worth knowing: Claude does not store your files or emails. It reads, responds, and stops. Your data stays where it lives.

1️⃣ Go to claude.ai, sign in, and click "Projects" in the left sidebar
2️⃣ Create a new project or open an existing one, then click "Add content" or "Connect" in the project settings
3️⃣ Select Google Drive from the available integrations and grant access to the specific files or folders you want Claude to read
🔧 Claude Desktop with MCP Servers
The Claude Desktop app for Mac and Windows supports the full MCP protocol, which means you can connect it to Gmail, Google Calendar, local files, and more. The developer community has published ready-to-use MCP servers on GitHub for the most common tools.
How to get started:
1️⃣ Download the app from claude.ai/download and install it on your computer
2️⃣ Open the configuration file called claude_desktop_config.json and paste in the server block for the tool you want. Search GitHub for "MCP servers" to find both the official and community-built options
3️⃣ Restart the app and the connected tool will appear as an available resource inside your conversations
🔧 Zapier with Claude
Zapier connects Claude to hundreds of tools without any code. You build a recipe: when I receive an email from a client, send it to Claude to summarize it, then post the summary to my Slack channel. It is the right choice for inbox and calendar automation if you want results without touching any configuration files.
How to get started:
1️⃣ Go to zapier.com and create a free account
2️⃣ Click "Create Zap" and choose your trigger, for example "New Email in Gmail"
3️⃣ Add an action, search for "Claude" or "Anthropic," select "Send Message," and write the instruction you want Claude to run on each incoming email
💡 Try it yourself: step by step
We will connect Google Drive to Claude and ask it to summarize a real document. This takes under five minutes.
1️⃣ Open claude.ai in your browser, make sure you are signed in, and click "Projects" in the left sidebar. Hit "New Project" and give it a name tied to how you plan to use it, something like Client Work or Research.
2️⃣ Inside the project, find "Add content" or "Connect" and click it. Choose Google Drive from the list. A Google permissions screen will appear asking which files or folders Claude can access. Pick a specific folder rather than your entire Drive to keep things focused.
3️⃣ Once connected, start a new conversation inside that project and type: "Read the document called [your file name] and give me five concrete action items from it."
4️⃣ Claude will read the actual file from your Drive and return a response built from the real content inside it. Not a generic answer about what action items usually look like. The actual ones, from your document.
What to do next
