ملف واحد صغير قبل ما تبدأ يوفّر عليك ساعات من الفوضى.
المشكلة مو في الأداة اللي تستخدمها، ومو في الفكرة. المشكلة إنك تفتح محادثة جديدة وتكتب "ابنيلي تطبيق..." وأنت لسه ما قررت وش تبني بالضبط. كلود يبدأ يخمّن، ويبني، وتصحّح، ويعدّل، وبعد عشر رسائل تلقى نفسك تعيد كتابة أشياء ما كان المفروض توجد أصلاً. الحل مو موديل أذكى ومو فرومبت أطول. الحل ملف خطة.
🧩 إيش هو ملف الخطة
ملف الخطة مستند قصير تكتبه أنت قبل ما تفتح أي محادثة مع الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI). مو وثيقة رسمية ومو اجتماع طويل. ثلاث إلى خمس جمل تجاوب فيها: إيش أبني؟ لمن؟ وإيش اللي مو مطلوب الحين؟ فكّره مثل ما تعطي سائق خريطة قبل ما يبدأ. بدون الخريطة يوصل لمكان ما، بس مو بالضرورة المكان اللي تقصده.
⚙️ كيف يشتغل
كلود يبني كل رد بناءً على السياق اللي تعطيه في بداية المحادثة. ما عنده ذاكرة بين الجلسات وما يقدر يقرأ في بالك. يعني كل ما كان السياق أوضح من البداية، كل ما كانت الردود أدق وأقل حاجة للتصحيح.
لما تلصق ملف الخطة كأول رسالة، تصير تتحكم في ثلاثة أشياء:
1️⃣ الهدف الحقيقي للمشروع، مو الهدف اللي يخمّنه الموديل من جملة واحدة
2️⃣ الحدود، يعني إيش مو مطلوب الحين حتى ما يبني أشياء ما طلبتها
3️⃣ الأولويات، حتى لو جاء التباس يعرف وين يرجع
النتيجة ردود أدق، أخطاء أقل، ومشروع يكمل على المسار الصح من أول رسالة.

كيف تبدأ:
1️⃣ افتح claude.ai وابدأ محادثة جديدة
2️⃣ أول رسالة تكتبها تكون ملف الخطة كاملاً
3️⃣ بعدها اكتب طلبك الأول وكلود يبني بناءً على السياق اللي حددته
🔧 Cursor
محرر كود مبني فوق الـ AI ويدعم ملفات السياق (context files) بشكل مباشر.
كيف تبدأ:
1️⃣ حمّل Cursor من cursor.com
2️⃣ أنشئ ملف اسمه PLAN.md في جذر مشروعك
3️⃣ في إعدادات Cursor أضف PLAN.md ضمن ملفات السياق الدائمة حتى كل محادثة في المشروع تبدأ وهي تعرف الخطة
🔧 Notion أو ملف نصي عادي
ما تحتاج أداة متخصصة. Notion مفيد لو تحب تنظّم أفكارك أولاً. ملف .md أو .txt عادي يكفي تماماً.
كيف تبدأ:
1️⃣ افتح Notion أو أي محرر نصي عندك
2️⃣ اكتب إجابات ثلاثة أسئلة: إيش أبني؟ لمن؟ إيش مو مطلوب الحين؟
3️⃣ انسخ الناتج وألصقه كأول رسالة في جلسة الـ AI
💡 جرّب بنفسك: خطوة بخطوة
بنكتب ملف خطة لمشروع بسيط ونشوف الفرق مباشرة.
1️⃣ فكّر في فكرة بسيطة عندك الحين. مثلاً: "أبي أداة أتتبع فيها الكتب اللي أبي أقرأها"
2️⃣ افتح ملف نصي جديد واكتب هذا الهيكل:
الاسم: متتبع الكتب
الهدف: أضيف كتب أبي أقرأها وأشيّك عليها لما أخلّص
المستخدم: أنا بس
مو مطلوب الحين: تقييمات، ملاحظات، مشاركة مع الغير
التقنية: صفحة HTML واحدة بدون سيرفر
3️⃣ افتح claude.ai وألصق الملف كأول رسالة، ثم اكتب: "ابنيلي هذا"
4️⃣ لاحظ كيف الرد مباشر وبدون أسئلة توضيحية غير ضرورية. كلود يعرف الحدود ويشتغل داخلها
هذا بالضبط هو الفرق اللي يصنعه ملف خطة جيد.
وش تسوي بعد ذا
✅ اكتب ملف خطة لأي مشروع عندك الحين حتى لو كان صغيراً أو نص فكرة
✅ جرّب نفس الطلب مرتين: مرة بدون ملف خطة ومرة معه وشوف الفرق بنفسك
✅ في كل مشروع جديد اسأل نفسك "إيش مو مطلوب الحين؟" هذا السؤال يوفّر عليك أكثر من بقية الأسئلة مجتمعة
الكود ما يضيع، بس الوقت اللي تصلح فيه اتجاه غلط هو اللي ما يرجع.

Write This Before Coding
One short file before you start saves hours of wandering.
The problem is not Claude, and it is not the idea. The problem is that you open a new chat and type "build me an app that..." before you have actually decided what you are building. Claude starts guessing. It builds. You correct course. It adjusts. Ten messages later you are rewriting things that were never supposed to exist. The fix is not a smarter model or a longer prompt. The fix is a plan file.
🧩 What it actually is
A plan file is a short document you write before you open any AI chat. It is not a formal spec or a product requirements document. It is three to five sentences that answer: what am I building, who is it for, and what is explicitly out of scope right now. Think of it like handing someone a map before they start driving. Without the map they will arrive somewhere. Just not necessarily where you meant.
⚙️ How it works
Claude builds every response from the context you give it at the start of a conversation. It has no memory between sessions and no way to read your mind. The clearer your starting context, the more accurate every response downstream.
When you paste a plan file as your first message, you take control of three things:
1️⃣ The real goal of the project, not the goal the model infers from one sentence
2️⃣ The scope boundary, so Claude does not build features you never asked for
3️⃣ The priority stack, so when ambiguity comes up it knows exactly where to fall back
The result is sharper output, fewer corrections, and a project that stays on track past message three.

🔧 Cursor
A code editor built on top of AI that supports persistent context files natively.
How to get started:
1️⃣ Download Cursor from cursor.com
2️⃣ Create a file called PLAN.md at the root of your project
3️⃣ In Cursor settings, add PLAN.md as a permanent context file so every AI interaction in that project starts already aware of your plan
🔧 Notion or a plain text file
You do not need a specialized tool. Notion works well for thinking through your ideas before you write the file. A plain .txt or .md file works just as well.
How to get started:
1️⃣ Open Notion or any text editor you already use
2️⃣ Answer three questions in writing: what am I building, who is it for, what is not needed right now
3️⃣ Copy the result and paste it as the first message in your AI session

We will write a plan file for a simple project and run it live.
1️⃣ Pick a simple idea you already have. Example: "I want a tool to track books I want to read"
2️⃣ Open a new text file and write this structure:
Name: Book Tracker
Goal: Add books I want to read and check them off when I finish
User: Just me
Not needed now: ratings, notes, sharing with others
Tech: Single HTML page, no server
3️⃣ Open claude.ai, paste the file as your first message, then type: "Build this for me"
4️⃣ Watch how the response is direct and scoped. No unnecessary clarifying questions. Claude knows the boundaries and stays inside them
That precision is exactly what a good plan file produces every time.
What to do next
✅ Write a plan file for any project you already have in progress, even a half-formed one
✅ Try the same request twice: once without a plan file and once with it. The difference is immediate and obvious
✅ For every new project, ask yourself "what is not needed right now?" That one question saves more time than anything else you will add to the file
Code does not disappear, but the time you spend correcting the wrong direction does not come back.
