   Install the tools and set up the folders

   Claude never touches a pixel. It reads data about your footage, such as transcripts and silence markers, and turns it into decisions and commands. You review and render.

   Everything here runs on macOS in the terminal, with Claude Code on top writing and running the glue commands. Install the core tools once with Homebrew and set up the folders: brew install ffmpeg imagemagick python3 -m pip install -U openai-whisper pip install auto-editor npm install -g @remotion/cli mkdir -p ~/video-pipeline/{raw,cuts,captions,graphics,final,logs} cd ~/video-pipeline claude --version

   The raw folder holds source footage only. Every output goes to cuts or final.

   Tip: Never let a batch script write inside raw, so a bad run cannot destroy your source.
