يومك في خمس محطات: رتّب أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي عندك بحيث كل أداة تسلّم للي بعدهاYour Day in Five Stations: Arrange Your AI Tools So Each One Hands Off to the Next

After this guide you will sort your daily work into five stations (ideas, research, writing and building, visuals and motion, hands off), pick one tool per station, and decide where each output goes next.

Who this guide is for

Creators and small business owners with too many AI tools and no clear way to connect them

Key terms

Station
One stage of your day with one job, like collecting ideas or research. Each station takes something in and puts something out.
Handoff
The moment one station's output becomes the next station's input. Skip it and ideas get lost between tools.
Agent
An AI program that does a task on its own when you ask, like logging a link in a table.
Connector
A link between Claude and another app such as Gmail or Notion, so Claude can read from it.

The steps

  1. Step 1

List every tool you use today

Open a new note and write down every AI tool you use, with the job it does for you.

Do not cut anything yet. You want the full picture before you sort it.

    PromptSort my tools into stations
These are the tools I use and what I use them for: [list]. Sort them into five stations: ideas, research, writing and building, visuals and motion, hands off. Tell me which tools overlap in the same station and which station is empty.
  2. Step 2

    Pick your weakest station

Your weakest station is where you lose the most time, or where work stalls.

Start there only. Do not build all five stations in one day.

Tip: Two tools doing the same job? Keep one and drop the other from your routine.

  3. Step 3

Ideas station: one place for every link

Make a Notion table with columns: idea, link, status, note.

Every link you like goes into that table. Add it by hand, or let an agent such as Hermes Agent (open source from Nous Research, it works from Slack and other apps) log it for you.

    PromptIdea format
Here is a link I liked: [link]. Summarise it in one line and suggest three content angles for my audience [your audience].
  4. Step 4

Research station: a source before an opinion

Check the facts before you write. Use a search tool that gives sources with the answer, such as Perplexity.

To see what people are saying right now, Grok reads what is posted on X.

    PromptResearch with sources
Research [topic]. Give me the five most important facts with a source link for each, and tell me which ones you could not verify.
  5. Step 5

Writing and building: Claude writes, Claude Code builds

Give Claude the research plus a sample of your writing, and ask for the caption, post or newsletter.

If a task repeats every day, Claude Code can build a small script or system that runs it for you.

    PromptCaption in your voice
Here are my research notes: [notes]. Here is a sample of my writing: [sample]. Write an Instagram caption in my style: a first line that hooks, three points, and a question for my followers at the end.
  6. Step 6

Visuals and motion: the still first, then the motion

Start every video from a still made with an image model such as GPT Image 2, then animate it with a video tool such as Higgsfield.

For infographics you can use Gemini images. For motion graphics as code, HyperFrames by HeyGen turns an HTML page into an MP4. For screen recording, Tella.

    PromptFrom still to motion
I have this image: [describe it]. Write a 5 second motion brief: what moves, how the camera moves, and where the shot ends.
  7. Step 7

    Hands off: replies without you

On Instagram, an auto reply tool such as ManyChat sends a DM to everyone who comments a set word.

For email, connect Gmail to Claude in settings and ask it every morning for a list of what needs your reply.

    PromptReply list
Read my emails from the last 24 hours. Give me only the messages that need a reply from me, most important first, with one line each on what is needed.

Ready prompts to copy

PromptReview the whole chain
These are my stations and the tool in each: [list]. Tell me where output gets lost between stations and suggest one simple handoff for each.

The takeaway

Tools change every month. Stations stay. Set the stations first, then pick the tools.
