أي شي تكرره مع Claude أكثر من مرتين: خمس إعدادات تشيل التكرار عنكAnything You Repeat in Claude More Than Twice: Five Setups That Remove the Repetition
Five Claude setups you prepare once and that work for you every time: skill, plugin, artifact, Claude in Chrome and scheduled task. Each one removes a specific kind of repetition.
Who this guide is for
People starting with Claude who want to stop repeating the same requests every day
Key terms
- Skill
- Instructions and files that teach Claude a specific way of working. It loads them when a task needs them, and you can write one yourself as a plain text file.
- Plugin
- One bundle that groups skills and connectors for a kind of work, like a full role or team.
- Artifact
- A tool or page Claude builds in a window next to the chat, like a calculator or a tracker.
- Scheduled task
- A request with a set time that runs on its own every day or week, without you typing it again.
The steps
Step 1
Find out what you repeat first
Before you set anything up, write down what you asked Claude more than twice this week. That is your list.
Each of the five setups below removes one kind of repetition: re explaining a method, collecting tools, copying into Excel, jumping between tabs, and asking the same thing every day.
PromptFind your repetitionThese are things I asked you more than twice this week: [list]. Sort them: what becomes a skill, what becomes an artifact, what becomes a scheduled task, what stays manual. Rank them by time saved.
Tip: New to Claude? Read the SETUP and BIDAYA guides first, then come back here.
Step 2
Repetition one: re explaining the method. Fix: a skill
A skill is instructions you write once, and Claude comes back to them when a task needs them. It is a plain text file, available on Free and paid plans.
Open Customize, then Skills, and browse what is available in Discover. Pick one or two that fit your work, or write your own describing how you do things.
PromptWrite a skill in your voiceI want a skill that writes in my voice. Here are three texts I wrote: [texts]. Pull out my style rules in short points, then write me a complete skill file I can paste, with when to use it and how to write.
Tip: Each skill serves one kind of work. Do not put everything in one.
Step 3
When skills pile up: a plugin
A plugin bundles skills and connectors (sometimes sub agents) for a role or team, so you add them once instead of one by one.
Open Customize, then Plugins, then Discover, and press Add on the plugin that fits your work. Plugins are on all paid plans and work in chat, in Cowork and in Claude Code.
Tip: Only add plugins from a source you trust. They can connect to your apps.
Step 4
Repetition three: copying answers into Excel. Fix: an artifact
Instead of taking the answer and copying it, ask Claude for a tool. It builds it in a window next to the chat: a calculator, a tracker or a dashboard.
An artifact starts private. To share it on Pro or Max, press Share and pick Anyone with the link; the viewer needs a Claude account. If you Publish it from the chat you get a public link. On Team and Enterprise, External sharing must be on. An artifact that uses connected apps cannot be shared by link.
PromptBill splitterBuild me an artifact: a calculator that splits a dinner bill between friends. I enter each person, what they ordered and its price, and it splits tax and tip evenly and shows each person's final amount. Keep the design simple and clear on a phone.
Step 5
Repetition four: jumping between tabs. Fix: Claude in Chrome
The Chrome extension opens Claude in a side panel while you browse. It sees the page you are on, and it clicks, types and fills forms using your existing logins.
Since 12 August 2026 the side panel runs a Cowork session, so your history is saved and your skills and connectors work in the browser. Availability: Max and Team first, Pro rolling out, and Enterprise is controlled by the admin.
Safety: it works with your accounts, so keep it on sites you trust.
PromptFill a formI am on the page [page name]. Fill the form with this data: [data]. Before you press submit, show me every field you filled and wait for my approval.
Tip: Always ask it to show you before it submits or pays.
Step 6
Repetition five: the same request every day. Fix: a scheduled task
Scheduled tasks are part of Cowork. Open the Scheduled page in the sidebar, or type /schedule, and set the time: hourly, daily, weekly, weekdays or manual.
Tasks run remotely, so they keep going even when your laptop sleeps or the app is closed. The exception is tasks that need local files or apps on your computer. Available on all paid plans.
PromptMorning briefEvery day at 8:00 AM: give me the 5 most important news items in [my field] with a link for each, ranked by importance, plus one line: what should I do with it today.
Tip: Start with one simple task and check the first result before you add more.
Ready prompts to copy
These are my setups in Claude: [skills, plugins, scheduled tasks]. These are the things I still repeat: [list]. What am I missing and what do I not need?
The takeaway
The secret is not a better prompt. The secret is to stop repeating.
