نظام محتوى من ست طبقات مع Claude: من البحث إلى النشر بدون ما تضيع هويتكA Six Layer Content System with Claude: From Research to Publishing Without Losing Your Identity
After this guide you will run your content as a system of six layers, each with one job, while you keep the taste and the final call.
Who this guide is for
Creators and business owners who post daily and want a system instead of improvising.
Key terms
- Content system
- A fixed set of steps every post passes before it goes out. Same steps every time, so quality does not depend on your mood that day.
- Layer
- One step in the system with exactly one job, like research or checks. Each layer hands its work to the next.
- Check
- A rule you write once that every draft is reviewed against. A draft that fails goes back for fixes before it reaches you.
- Claude Project
- A space in Claude with fixed instructions and files, so every chat inside it starts already knowing your identity and your rules.
The steps
Step 1
Start with research: know what works before you write
Before any idea, collect the posts that worked in your niche recently, yours or people you follow. Copy the links or take screenshots, and note the views if you know them.
Then let Claude measure your new ideas against what actually worked. The goal is not copying. The goal is knowing which idea has a chance before you spend time on it.
PromptScore your ideasThese are the best performing posts in my niche last week, with their numbers: [links or descriptions with numbers] These are my ideas for next week: [your ideas] Analyze what the winning posts share (topic, angle, first line, format). Then rank my ideas from strongest to weakest, explain why, and suggest a stronger angle for the two weakest.
Tip: Score against real numbers only. Guesses give you a ranking that matches your opinion, not reality.
Step 2
Value layer: every post gives something worth saving
The posts people save and share give them something to take away: steps, a ready prompt, a checklist.
After you write the post, turn the same idea into a short step by step guide, and let people get it by commenting one word.
PromptPost to guideThis is the post: [post text or script] Turn it into a short guide any beginner can apply today: two or three definitions, 4 to 7 ordered steps, and a ready prompt in the steps that need one. Then suggest one simple English word people can comment to receive the guide.
Step 3
Identity layer: write your identity file once
Identity is what makes people recognise your post before they see your name. Write it once: colours, font, how you talk, words you never use, how your cover looks.
Put the file in your Claude Project instructions, so every chat starts already knowing your identity.
From the official support page: where your identity file goes in the project instructionsSource: support.claude.com PromptIdentity fileHelp me write an identity file for my account. Ask me one question at a time about: my audience, how I talk, colours and fonts, my cover style, and things I never want. When I am done, write the file as short, clear rules I can paste into my project instructions.
Tip: Write rules as commands: "never use" beats "try to avoid".
Step 4
Check layer: turn every rule into a check
A rule with no check fades. I saw it myself: any rule nobody checked disappeared from my posts within a week.
So every time you add a rule to the identity file, add a check line with it. Before any draft reaches you, have Claude run it through the full checklist and send it back if something fails.
PromptCheck the draftThis is my identity file: [identity file] This is the draft: [draft] Review the draft against every rule, one by one. For each rule write pass or fail, and for each fail write the exact fix. Do not give me a final version until every rule passes.
Step 5
Approval layer: nothing goes out without your yes
The system prepares, you decide. Have every post reach you as a short card you can read on your phone in a minute: the idea, the cover, the caption and the time.
You get three options only: approve, change with a note, or reject. That way you review every day without opening your laptop.
PromptApproval cardPrepare a short approval card for this post that I can read on my phone in under a minute: [full post] Include: the idea in one line, the cover's first line, the caption, the proposed time, and anything you are unsure about that needs my call.
Step 6
Publishing layer: one post, several platforms
After approval, the same post can reach several platforms at the same minute. Each platform has its own way: caption length, hashtags, where the link goes.
Let Claude adapt the caption per platform, then schedule every version at the same time.
PromptCaption per platformThis is the original caption: [caption] Write a version for [platforms]. For each: a fitting length, 3 to 5 hashtags, and where the guide link goes. Make the first line different from the cover in every version.
Step 7
Above every layer: you
The system speeds everything up, but taste and the final call are never handed off. Once a week, take ten minutes and review: what worked, what did not, which rule needs to change.
Every note you write here goes back up the layers: a new identity rule, and a new check with it.
PromptWeekly reviewThese are my posts this week: [post, views, saves, shares] Tell me what my two best and two weakest posts have in common, suggest two new rules for my identity file, and for each rule the check line that protects it.
Tip: Change one rule a week, so you know what actually moved the numbers.
The takeaway
Content that lasts is not a magic prompt. It is a clear system, with you on top making the call.
