إضافة المبيعات الرسمية في Claude: ثبّتها واستخدم أهم خمس مهارات فيها خطوة بخطوةClaude's Official Sales Plugin: Install It and Use Its Five Most Useful Skills, Step by Step

Install Anthropic's official Sales plugin in Cowork or Claude Code and use its most useful skills: account research, competitor plays, ready assets, the morning briefing and outreach, with your own tools or an uploaded file.

Who this guide is for

Sales teams, small business owners and anyone who works their own accounts and deals

Key terms

Plugin
A package you add to Claude with skills, commands and tool connections built for one job, like sales.
Skill
Written instructions for one task. Claude uses it when your request matches, or you call it by name, like /sales:call-prep.
CRM
The system that holds your customers, deals and their stages, like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Connector
A link between Claude and one of your tools, like email, calendar or the CRM. You decide what it may do there.

The steps

  1. Step 1

See what is inside the plugin

Anthropic's Sales plugin is open source, and version 2.0 has 36 skills instead of 9. They cover your day, prospecting, deals, pipeline and forecast, and existing customers.

Every skill works with your connected tools, or with a file you upload when nothing is connected.

Tip: Read the skill list once before you start so you know what to ask for by name.

  2. Step 2

    Install the plugin

In Cowork: open claude.com/plugins and pick Sales.

In Claude Code: two commands in the terminal. The first adds the plugin marketplace, the second installs Sales. After that the skills fire on their own when your request matches.

    claude plugin install sales@knowledge-work-plugins
  3. Step 3

    Run the first setup

Type /sales:setup. It shows what is connected, what each tool unlocks, and learns how you write.

No CRM connected? Fine. Upload a pipeline export or an account list and the skills work from it.

    PromptSetup
    /sales:setup

Tip: Salesforce and Microsoft 365 need your company admin to enable them first.

  4. Step 4

Research the account before the meeting

The account-research skill gives you a company overview, recent news, likely priorities and fit against your ideal customer, and checks whether the company is already in your CRM.

    PromptAccount research
Research [company name] before my meeting with them [today or date]. I want a short overview, recent news, likely priorities, and whether they fit our ideal customer: [one line describing your ideal customer].
  5. Step 5

Prepare the play against a competitor

When a competitor shows up in a deal, the competitive-intelligence skill builds the play for that deal, and over time it pulls win and loss patterns and battlecards across your book.

    PromptCompetitor play
A competitor called [competitor] is in the [customer] deal. Build my play: where we win against them, the objections to expect and how to answer, and questions to ask the customer.
  6. Step 6

Ask for a deck or a one pager

The create-an-asset skill builds a customer deck, a one pager or a leave behind from the account's own data, with no made up numbers.

    PromptOne pager
Make a one pager for [customer] on how [your product or service] solves [their problem]. Use only what we know about the account, and if a number is missing, say it is missing.
  7. Step 7

Let the morning briefing come to you

The daily-briefing skill gives you today's meetings with account context, deals closing soon, customer emails waiting, and your top actions.

If you schedule it every morning, set the send and write tools to ask, so nothing goes out without your approval.

    PromptMorning briefing
Give me my morning briefing: today's meetings with context on each account, deals closing soon, emails waiting for a reply, and my top three actions for today.
  8. Step 8

    Write outreach for each prospect

The draft-outreach skill writes a personal email or a multi touch sequence, and adds the contact to a sequence when you ask.

CRM updates and sent emails stay within each connector's permissions, and changes a skill suggests on its own are shown to you first with the evidence.

    PromptOutreach
Write a first email to [name] at [company], [their role]. Tie it to [a news item or problem they have], keep it short and end with one clear question. Then suggest two follow ups.

Ready prompts to copy

PromptAfter a call
/sales:call-summary
Here are my call notes: [paste notes]. I want a summary, a follow up email and proposed CRM updates, and nothing saved until I approve.
PromptPipeline review
Review my pipeline stage by stage: which deals are aging, where the risk is, and what I should do this week.

The takeaway

Start with one skill you would use every day, like the morning briefing, then add the next.
