حدّ الموصلات (connectors) في مهامك المجدولة على السحابة في ClaudeLimit the connectors on your Claude cloud scheduled tasks
Learn which connectors a scheduled task gets by default, how to remove the extras, and how to audit your older tasks before they write anything as you.
Who this guide is for
Anyone running cloud scheduled tasks in Claude Code with accounts linked to services like Gmail, Slack or Notion.
Key terms
- Scheduled task
- A saved setup with a prompt, a repository and connectors. It runs on Anthropic's cloud on a schedule or an event, even with your laptop closed. It used to be called a routine.
- Connector
- A link between your claude.ai account and an outside service such as Slack, Linear or Google Drive. It gives Claude tools to read and write in that service.
- Least access
- Give a task only the tools it needs and nothing more.
The steps
Step 1
Know the default
When you create a scheduled task, every connector linked to your account is included. A simple task that summarizes a repository can end up with Gmail, Slack and Notion too.
Claude can use any included connector during a run, writes included. Anything the task does through them appears as you.
Tip: Tasks belong to your own account and are not shared with your team, so a mistake lands on you.
