شركتان تبيعان نفس المنتج، في نفس المدينة، بأسعار متقاربة. بعد سنة، واحدة توسّعت وفتحت فرعاً جديداً، والثانية لا تزال تشتكي من ضغط الشغل وضيق الوقت. الفرق مو في رأس المال. مو في عدد الموظفين أو موهبتهم. الفرق في قرار واحد اتخذته الأولى في الأسبوع الأول وأجّلته الثانية إلى أجل غير مسمى.
