How to phrase a clear request and follow the work step by step.

Phrasing the request correctly is the difference between an excellent result and a frustrating one. Claude Code does not guess. It does exactly what you ask, so be precise in how you write it.

Add a /login page using NextAuth with a form that takes email and password

I want to add a comment system for posts. Requirements:
- A Comment table in the database related to Post and User
- An API route at /api/posts/[id]/comments supporting GET and POST
- A CommentSection component that displays comments and allows adding one
- Optimistic update. The comment appears immediately before the server confirms
- Make it RTL compatible for Arabic

Elements of a Good Request

Start with the goal: 'I want to add...'
Name the related files if you know them
State the specific technical requirements
Mention any constraints or special considerations
Ask for an explanation before it starts if the task is large
